Jewish Turner Syndrome Network

Welcome to the Jewish Turner Syndrome Network.
I started this blog so that girls and their families affected by TS in the Jewish community will have a support system to turn to.
My daughter has TS and I have yet to meet another Jewish girl or family affected by this syndrome.
Please feel free to comment & add your suggestions.

OF course there are others out there. My daughter is 13, aware of her "inheritance," and a talking pleasure. The other day I asked her what she wants to be in 10 years and she said "oh, married, maybe with an adopted kid..." We should build a support group for these girls and their families. Just recently our Chaya Brochah has been asking about other Jewish girls with Turner's and that she would like to meet them. So, here we are, in Woodbourne, NY, with a beautiful daughter who wants to have a real Jewish life. Amazing. kapakahi4@aol.com

I would like to say that your daughter does not have to belive that she will have to adopt, my wife has TS and we have 3 children with doner IVF.
Our Rav said it was fine and then sent us to the London Bais Din for teveila.
Best Regards.

As I have a daughter, turning 15 soon, I'm dreading the day she has to hear about her condition. Can you please share more details about what you wrote. Heter of Rov, Position of LBD, etc. Thank you.
